A flight-risk convict escaped Harbor Point Prison last weekend. Corrections officials admitted “security breakdowns” were part of what led to a prisoner escape Sunday. Officials said Gvidon Ustinov escaped following a lax in facility management. The prisoner is to be considered armed and dangerous. Please report any sightings immediately.
