- Singing LoserRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0An interesting take on the fantasy genre, excited to see what occurs next. This feels akin to an old fairy tail with a linear plot, if you enjoy a simple yet intuitive read this is for you.
Overall good story nothing to amazing thus far has occurred but the characters are worth it, my current favorite being Loppe, who knows what his planning a rather annoying antagonist. Basque is also a seemingly interesting character I hope to learn more about. As a character driven story this book really hits but at times fails in world-building an the intricate details that make fantasies feel truly alive. I am however excited as to what this story has to offer. Lastly the writing style is alright, simple and to the point. The dialogue at times can get a little too laborious.
