If you haven’t read this yet then you are missing out, seriously can’t wait to read the rest. The book jumps in right away, it’s a fast pace read that keeps going. It’s also a super cool idea about magic I’ve never read before. I’ve always wanted to read a book with people using elements, like avatar, but this is the first book I’ve been able to find that fits that niche. I’d be surprised if somebody didn’t like this read.

Only four chapters in and I'm hooked. I really need to know what happens next! For a first time author this story is very well developed, with a great balance of the familiar and the unexpected. This early on in the book, the characters seem a tad generic, but I think there is definitely time to get to know them better and for them to grow and surprise me. I can't wait to see where it goes!
