The Vault of Heaven

In every era, one guild rises above the rest and conquers a new realm in the Vault of Heaven, the world's most prestigious dungeon.

In a party with a battle-hungry woman that she's crushing on, an estranged family member that uses his enchanting ability in "unique" ways, a teenage healer that transfers injuries onto himself, and a mage that might be more dangerous when NOT casting spell, Ki just wants to keep everyone alive.

As the party grows in size and strength, they'll have to overcome personal obstacles, guild politics, a fallen gateway city, harsh landscapes, and terrifying monsters, not to mention other adventurers who are walking weapons of mass destruction.

In this modern world undergoing a "New Age of Adventure", she'll have to do whatever it takes to keep her new family together.

What to expect:

-Strong cast of characters worth rooting for and multiple [3rd person limited & occasional omniscient] POVs, but the MC is still the main driving force.

-Satisfying combat with unpredictable results and reasonable progression

-Large, living world grappling with new technology (think late 90s, early 2000s) and the aftermath of their first world war

-Multifaceted magic system with plenty of secrets

-Multiple LGBTQIA+ Characters (including the main character)

-Side content and extra chapters containing things like adventurer/guild rankings, newspaper articles, and lore

-Average chapter length between 3300-4500 words
