The Two Sides of a Rifle

There exist three countries in the northern part of the continent. The 'Tyrannical' Western Empire and The 'Free' Eastern Empire have been involved in a grand war for almost a decade. Currently they are in a tense stalemate.

Due to this the Western Empire have turned their eyes on the small country nestled between due to their abundance of Gel in order to power a superweapon to tip the scales in their favor.

This story will follow two main characters on either side of this newfound warfront. The story will revolve around a soldier for the Western Empire being placed underneath an infamous general. As well as the other main character, a prince for the Speculon Monarchy, is sent into the military undercover in an effort to prove him worthy of office through his exploits on the battlefield to defend their country.
