Things for Ace start to get tough when the pressure from hisAdvanced Mathclass reaches a breaking point. But thankfully, he's able to drop the subject and switch toWork Experienceinstead.A class that gives students real-world experience in the Workforce, and where passing means actually putting in thework.

But things don’t go as planned. After being rejected from every place he was applied to on behalf of, Ace finds himself in a rather difficult spot.Passing all his classes is mandatory for graduation, including Work Experience. And so to pass, he needs to have a job. Whether it’s provided by the school or found on his own, a placement is required to pass. ‘So what's he supposed to do?’

That's the question he ponders! But what's the solution?

Why of course!!!It’s finding a Red-Headed Jewish, Alcohol and Money-Obsessed Woman in the Bushes of a local park! Black-out drunk no less!!

But after a bit of helping out, Ace finds out that the woman is a Detective named Seraphina. The head/only member of The True-North Detective Agency, and she needs a Secretary.

She stinks of booze, is downright extortionate when it comes to money, and all around the least qualified to teach a student like Ace anything.

But he needs to Graduate… But to do that, he needs a Job…

Given the window of time Ace has, it's not like he has much of a choice.

Little did he know, his life was about to take a pretty drastic turn. For better, or for worse. He’s going to have his story faster than he thought.
