Description
Since the death of Splinter, the turtles have been protecting New York and keeping it's citizens safe. However, with the passing of years the turtles have grown bored and want a change in scenery. Karai offers them this in the form of an invitation to Japan, but little do they know what dangers lie in wait within the Land of the Rising Sun. Contains some Apritello and Leorai.

- Rain and ReasonRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I don't read much fanfiction, though I have done it once before, and it was just another self-insert with the same plot. But this one is different.
All of the characters are faithfully adapted to the written word. The setting is fleshed out, making it truly feel lived in.
All of the main characters are given their struggles because of a recent fallout, we get a sense of the new status quo for the continued conituity.
The thing I love the most about it though is the love and respect the author has for the source material. You really get a feel for how much the author loved the original world/series from their descriptions of the characters and setting.
While it's too early to say whether the story is going anywhere, as I have only read the first chapter, I can say for certain that the author will endeavor to continue the original story faithfully.
