There was a time when people worshipped the gods, the divine beings who maintained balance in the world and granted humanity a sacred power known as Zeth also called magic. But one day, without warning, the gods vanished without a trace. Their disappearance plunged the world into chaos.

The magic once revered as a blessing became a curse. Those gifted with it began to lose their minds, lands withered and decayed, and wars erupted, consuming entire kingdoms in endless conflict. Beautiful landscapes twisted into cursed wastelands, overrun by monstrous creatures born from the corruption. What was once a symbol of divine favor became a thing of ruin, feared and despised by all.
