The Tales of Time

Five years ago, they came. The Bilops came through portals and rifts in space to invade the world that was once devoid of interspecies wars, along with dozens of different species, monsters or not. Now, the humans have adapted to their new way of life, they have figured out the two building blocks of the world: mana and essence. Silas was 8 when the Bilops came, he was over at his family friends house, eating dinner when they decided to come into the world. Hazels parents were instantly killed in the initial explosion, not having a single chance to react to it. The rest of them just barely managed to run away and hide in time, in shock and horror at what they had just witnessed. Now, Hazel is Silas's adopted sister and has already awakened to the swordmaster class, marking her as someone faster and stronger than the average farmer. Silas has now been given the chance to become stronger than the rest, and protect the ones he loves, and maybe even those that simply need help. will he spend this opportunity to help others? or will he use it to destroy those who ruined the world he was once fond of.

This book is a mixture of cultivation and the system, expect a good amount of both.

This is my first book, I created it off of a thought I couldn't get rid of, so this is the result. I will update when I can find the time, but please don't expect uploads regularly.
