The Tale of a Cruel World

A novel inspired by the game Terraria (Calamity Mod).

It was over. Though their endless crusade to exterminate the stars had finally been concluded. It was too late for renewing. The flames of calamity had ravaged the land, demolishing all in its way, and gone. Too blind to see the truth. We blurred what really mattered, shading over it with a whole hierarchy of nonsense slaughter and bloodshed, hoping it could fix an unresolvable problem.

Perhaps, we were both the same.

Our oaths now burned, we failed to prove the cosmos wrong.

Revealing only the scars of decay within.

Never could I have anticipated this in my seeing of unending possibilities.

...

Its already too late.

Now, we will all burn, until our creators declare the erasure of our worlds.
