Excellent writing skills displayed in this story. Grammar, punctuation and spelling are impeccable so far.
Believable characters, good pacing, action scenes are well done and the MC's emotions and thoughts are included where best suited to enhance the story, and without going overboard.
The story arc is developing nicely in only the first two chapters.
Looking very much like an excellent story to come.

You have to read this! It is instantly engaging, the characters are interesting and the fight scenes are well written. It never holds the readers hand. Much like the main cast, we have to think on our feet and figure things out as we go. From what we have seen so far, the setting seems to be a fresh but gritty take on a cultivation world, where friends are just predictable enemies and the only one truly on your side is yourself.

Vaskir makes a living fighting others. He, and a gang of others, decide to move some very expensive loot to potentially be wealthy at the cost of not only risking their lives, but also their reputation.
In the process of this first segment, we discover that people can become stronger by binding to a grimoire. In this story grimoires are called manuals, although they are a bit more than a simple instruction book.
I recommend this for people who enjoy reading action scenes.
