For over five centuries an ill-ness called the Hollow disease has plagued the citizens of Nexus. This disease has no signs and can affect anyone at any age. One day a person or family can be completely healthy and the next, they are in a lifeless state. When reading their statistics, they are still completely healthy in every regard, however it is like there is no inside of their bodies.All that is left is a Hollow Shell.

When Kaiser Adams gets a call from the hospital saying, his family is in a Hollow State, he regrets the last moments he spent with them. When returning home he meets a mysterious man who tells him the secret behind the Hollow Disease and a chance to wake up his family, however. There is a five year deadline.

Now he joins and origination called the Arcane Temple, which is a group of unique humans who use their supernatural abilities to hunt 'Nightmares'. Soul eating creatures which are the cause for the Hollow Disease.
