The Sun Is A Candle

A world exists both above and below the waves, and the sun shines over them both. To Cass Hangrave, this light was hope. In a world where the ocean has swallowed everything, they'll need every piece they can get.

But how far does that hope reach? Beneath the waves, it is cold, and light comes through as a filtered, watered down version. Even so, a strange creature learns what warmth is and follows the trails of what Cass lost.

But where this path leads, it’ll never know. An eye for an eye, a candle for a sun.
