I just found this book on accident because you have just updated it and I have just gotten the app version of Royal Road and so far from the first chapter everything is well written and I hope to have more new chapters I don't know what else to say but that so far everything's been good and I hope to see more

This is a story about a streamer who wakes up in the mmorpg world he's been playing in. As his never played female healer alt. Having to deal with suddenly far more real NPCs and the fact that metagaming is far from reliable when the game system seems to be dissolving under their behind, doesn't stop them from trying to use their metaknowledge.
In some ways it's very successful, equipping and organising their party. In others it's far more trouble than it's worth. Trying to get an epic mount using your meta knowledge might be a smart idea if you're leveling an alt in a computer game. But when it suddenly has consequences in a now very real world it stops being quite as convenient.
Overall I would say a very interesting story of the "MMO suddenly real" genre, but honestly the gender bender part is a bit too subtle for me. Not sure if the MC was secretly trans, but they seem to have very little issues with suddenly being the opposite gender. Or other transformations.
