[You've been invited to The Soul Hunt]

Just when her life was on the verge of crumbling, having lost her job and a sister in hospital, Amaryllis received an invitation from The Soul Hunt. An organization deranged in the thirst of the hunt, where death was all but inevitable for a normal human like her.

Yet, for the sake of her hospitalized sister's ever-rising bills, she decided to plunge into the madness, to become a soul hunter herself, or there’s no or. She’d become a hunter no matter the cost.

Now, she is about to see a new world and horrors beyond her wildest nightmares. It may shatter her sanity or, perhaps, create something equally horrifying.

What to expect:- Weak to strong- Slow progression- Character Focused.- A lot of world-building.- Hunting demons and stealing their powers.

Average chapter length: 2.5k to 3k words. Sometimes longer.

Schedule:At least 4 Chapters/Week, maybe more depending on my backlog.

I love this, it is an interesting way to set up a litRPG, we arent just dumped into the system, instead, we get an explanation, and a story along with it. This is something new to me, as in most books by chapters 3-4 we get a system screen, however, this held off on it and built more up to it letting a character develop.

Very interesting premise, MC's introduction / hints at the backstory were great and the side characters feel thoughtthrough, all in all the story feels fresh in a nostalgic way.
There are some minor grammar and tense issues, but It's nothing that hinders the reading.
@Author I'm looking forward to where your story will take us. Keep up the good work 👍

I am very intrigued by the story and world, and I am looking forward to finding out more.
There is very clearly some deep thought going into how the world is built and what its social, legal, and magical rules are. We are thankfully not handed exposition, we are given the world piecemeal, which is the proper way to handle it.
The characters are clearly and sharply defined, though we have yet to see how deep and fleshed out they really are. I suspect that the author will be learning more about the characters as he writes them, the writing style feels like it has room to grow as the author learns from experience.
However, I do have to knock a little on style. Some of the roughness and jarring transitions are from what is happening to the character, but some of it seems to just be rough transitions. I am not quite sure where the line blurs here. The action and thoughts could use a little smoothing out as well.
Grammar takes a small hit here as well, I noticed some places with extra words in a sentence and such. I was reading from the app at the time however, and there does not seem to be an edit suggest function in the app (unless I missed something) so I was not able to provide direct feedback.
Overall, it is a fun read, and I am looking forward to watching it evolve as the story continues.
Oh, and the world is starting out on the dark side, but it does not feel bleak. There's light and hope, there's just also a few powerful assholes too.

The premise of the story is very interesting, and somewhat new. We don't get info dumped right away, which certainly drew me in, and helped me engage more with the story.
My major problem lies with the way it's been written. I've noticed a few tense changes, sometimes in the same paragraph, and dialogue is pretty rough. When people speak, it doesn't really read like people speaking. An example of this without spoiling is that a character said "why not don something nice", which while don is technically correct there it hasn't been used in conversation for at least 30 years. It doesn't sound more sophisticated, it's just jarring.
I honestly hope the author keeps writing this story, because these things come more naturally with more practice, and if it doesn't bother you then by all means read this story! Like I said, it is interesting and I hope to come back to this in a year and hopefully be able to read it again and enjoy it more.
