    Nothing to do with the story but it the question still stands. I know I should be focusing on writing my won works in my little spare time however this as just to amazing to pass up. I wish you the best of luck writing the story but really… can the skeleton king get a boner? Not even sure where the question came from but in the back of my mind it just stood out so I am confused as to if he is still one with his little friend or not. I mean this thing does have a romance tag so…. well It is just something from that dark corner of my mind. Good work.

    I'd like to rate this higher, but something is stopping me...
    1. Style: The PoVs seem to be fairly erratic. For example, you had the 1st person PoV of the rebel general, or an officer or something, but without any warning suddenly you're using a 3rd person PoV for the black skeleton captains? You might want to work on that.
    2. Story: The story is fine. The pace is a tad fast - the rebellion arc here could of gone on for a bit longer. No big reason as to why just feel like it could of gone on for another 3 or 4 chapters.
    3. Grammar: It started off fine. But I feel as your pace of releasing the chapters is greatly reducing the quality of the grammar. Misplaced punctuation, missing capital letters, other elementary errors. You might want to consider working on that a little bit. I can understand what's going on just fine, but the quality needs some improvement.
    4. Character: It's unfair to judge this so early, so I'm just saying 3 stars. I hope interactions between Connor and the princess will improve his outlook on humans, if only a little bit.
    All in all, just opinions. Keep up the work Mr. Author.
