Description

Greg Died.

Which is why he is, understandably, confused when he wakes up in a different body, in a different world. A world where magic is real and strength is the supreme law of the land. A world where if something is impossible, then you are probably just not powerful enough.

With a strange system that assigns him lewd missions about every woman he interacts with, Greg has to try and navigate this strange new world the best way he can, as he strives to make the most of this new chance that he's been given.

Unbeknownst to him, however, There are powerful forces watching him from behind the scenes. Forces at play that he can't even begin to fathom. Reincarnation, as it turns out, doesn't come with no strings attached!

While the "adult" part of this work is well written, the over arching story and its evolution is what got me hooked. The magic system is well thought out and our hero isnt the overpowered, do-all that so many works have. I love the world building and expansion of character. For that I give full marks!

Initially read the story on another site (where the author told us how his legendary scroll was rejected by the greedy and devious spirits that controlled the largest rainforest in the world) but decided to drop a review here (and also reread it). I think the author did a bit of a diservice to himself with the tags of the story. Yes, the story contains adult themes and scenes, but they aren't the main dish, they are like a fine spice sprinkled throughout the story. While that still might not be everyone's cup of tea, if you are on the fence, I suggest you still give the story a shot. It is well written, engaging with a world (and characters) that keep drawing you in.
Style: I am not a fan of lots of blue screens, and this story uses the 'system' sparingly. While the system impacts much of what the MC does, the story isn't just there to give us more blue screens with new skills and progress updates. I really enjoyed that aspect of the story: whatever the MC ends up getting from the system, he first has to earn it. Of course, he might have the luck of the Devil on his side, but things still feel realistic within the world that he is in.
Grammar: There were a few mistakes here and there, but previous commenters pointed them out and I think the author had a chance to go over most of them. There werne't any real grammatical issues that pulled me out of the story or distracted me.
Story: Probably the biggest hook for me. The world is wide AND deep. It also is provides the perfect scene/background for our various characters to enter the stage and engage with each other. While I have read my fair share of isekai/system stories, this one was different and unique enough to keep me engaged and binging the story through its 88 chapters. The magic system deserves a shout out, as it is well thought-out and fits with both the world and the story narrative.
Character: Another strong point of this fiction. Characters tend to be at least two, if not multi-, faceted. They act "in char

.... if not for some tiny little details. It keeps switching tenses in the descriptive style. It breaks the fourth wall while trying to appear more cool.
And, last but not least, it paraphrases over, and over, and over, the same concept. It is worse than a first year college student writing an essay. Certain sections made me genuinely think that an AI could have been used.
I am persisting in reading the novel, as beneath all there is some kind of interesting story. But, it is a sanity consuming exercise.
I would suggest reading this to only those that have a high tolerance for wordcount filler.
    Edit:
Lacks the 'Villain' tag. Mc has no empathy or ethics. Pays lip service and is built up by the narrative as some victim of the circumstances. His actions instead show that he has no boundaries if benefits are involved, and that he only comes clean if there is little chance to get away with it. In those cases truth is used to manipulate into the next best beneficial thing.

Surprisingly little happens in a book of 1700+ pages.  Best part of the book is a love story that never gets off the ground.
Greg is a complete blank slate as a character. Reincarnated to a world with magic, he never reflects on his family, goals, education, friendships, or enemies. He brings forward no life lessons from his life on Earth. The three defining characteristics of Greg are his admiration for Alena, desire to grow strong, and his resentment towards a world where only might makes right.
    Some issues with the book:
    • Over explaination and repetitive descriptions.
    • Majority of action scenes take place in a separate story line which produces nothing for the main plot.
    • Greg's morality is ruined by this book's start on Literotica. If you read the story there his morality becomes more concrete when the author abandons the whole Lust Points system.
    • Dialog is much too sparse.
    • Climaxes are often resolved by Deus Ex Machina
In desperate need of a rewrite and story mapping if the author wants to wrangle a story from this
