- BullerRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Being fully honest, I thought the age of these people were a bit below what they actually were when they were talking. It just seemed like kids at some points, even if the context around it should have made it obvious.
Anyway. Grammar is alright enough to read. Clearly edited at many points. When combined with the parts about the style that I liked(sentence structure and length variety), this fiction steps into the territory of something I would actually read in my own time. 5/5 from me. - PakkoRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5This story is well written and is told from the perspective of the main character Becca narrating past events. The characters are ok and should've been older with how they are described. The first book is 38 chapters and is really quick to get through. There are no issues with the editing of the story. There isn't much filler because it isn't written much like a regular serial. The characters do occasionally get through situations with plot armor but overall it is an enjoyable read
- blaze262Royal Road★★★★ 4.0A very nice short story. Book 1 complete at chapter 38. It's action packed and takes you from zero to a hundred before you know what bit you ;D.
The genre is a bit overdone, but the author narrarates their story very well from the MC's point of view. You won't 'hear' the thoughts of each character, only the MC's, but the actions each of the characters present will tell you more about them than what a monolouge inside the MC's head could ever do.
Overall, nicely done, gets a 4/5 stars because a few scenarios feel like the characters had a little too much plot armor versus them actively doing something to ensure their survival. Also, no big, dramatic climax at the end.
