This prologue was told from a very odd perspective, and it's entire content was just infodump, there hasn't been too much worldbuilding even. However, the story being told isn't really compelling, there haven't even been characters introduced yet. Sentance structure and grammer could both use some slight improvements. Overall, not the most innovative prologue to get a reader's attention.
