Description

Jerry was a mercenary. Before he was transported to another world, he joins another mercenary company. He has been given an application that would help him stay in contact with the company. After being transported to another world, the phone still had a connection. What has he gotten himself tangled up in? What is the company and why does he still have a connection to the server?

Eventually, Jerry would leave the Empire behind, and strikes it on his own, leaving his former life behind and adopts a new life. He can then deal with the problems he has slowly, including questions about the phone. What will he do in this new world, alone? What will happen to the Hero when he is needed and has no combat experience?

Made with freetime, and a child as a proof reader. First novel written, so please critique me.

As of Ch. 25,
I have to say I'm enjoying the story so far. The Hero is like the embodiment of a cliche. Jerry takes the situation seriously and deals with the problem. Jerry is trained with sword and gun, and it shows. Also, Its not like the cliche where the MC is ostracized. Their are multiple opinions on his position. Overall, Im loving it and can't wait to see where it goes.

The more I read on the stronger the urge to kill the humans are.
That being said the story itself is pretty good little bit cliche but that's just part of the nature of portal novels. The bias nature of the residence of the new world against the second Hero has been done before but since I'm only up to chapter 9 I'm looking forward to how things turn out. Overall grammar is pretty good and I'm looking forward to the magic system. So far for the second hero looks like he has some kind of equipment summoning thing going on. I hope there's customisation in the future or some kind of crafting. looking forward to the nanotech. I'm just wondering if it's just for healing or is there going to be some physical enhancement thing going on later on? Anyways keep the chapters coming I'm looking forward to this novel.

First off needs an editor. Second off the synopsis needs to be changed because 20 chapters in and the story seems completely different than it. Third, the guy has a gun but face each problem head on like he's going into a melee. Completely defeats the purpose of having guns.
