Eighteen-year-old Jaliyah believes she has her life on track. She’s just finished her first year of university studying to be a vet. She has her best friends and is enjoying the long summer Christmas holidays at her grandparents’ house just outside of Brisbane. But then she puts on a scorpion piece of jewelry she finds in her grandparents’ roof and everything changes.
