During the 7 PM shift change, a mysterious rift opens at a security outpost, pulling Axl Garcia and his fellow guards into a fantasy world of swords and magic. Scattered across this unfamiliar realm, they must adapt, survive, and find a way home—all while facing deadly monsters, strange magic, and a shadowy cult known as the Riftborn.

Axl, a prankish yet capable security guard, quickly discovers an affinity for Rift Magic, an ability linked to the strange portals that brought them here. As he learns to harness his newfound power, he forms alliances with adventurers, mercenaries, and outlaws, all while navigating the dangers of spawn raids, dungeon delves, and cultist schemes.

But the rifts aren’t just a mystery—they’re a game-changing force in this world. And as Axl digs deeper, he realizes he and his comrades may not just be lost travelers, but key players in an ancient conflict.
