Description
Lance thought he had seen it all. Especially with his past, and ESPECIALLY with their current dilemma. Akron, a demonic insane deity, who craved for power like a madman on steroids. However, never thought he'd be sent some other world with only a few of his gear. And the rest of his friends and weapon are out in god knows where. He didn't read enough science fiction for this!

Well written with an interesting start - looking forward to seeing where it goes
Believable characters with a nice dose of reality of an average family. Suspense of the unknown building from the first chapter. This could be an enjoyable read.
Grammar, punctuation and readability is pretty good.
I naturally want to know if the rift is orbiting the earth, or the sun, or is far away in space,,, - Za worldoRoyal Road★★ 2.0Gave it the ol' three chapter rule (well in this case seven chapters but the author decided to labal them as such) and well it's really bad. Firstly it's bluated with unnecessary text, no context is given either so it just feels hollow. Example being the main character; I know he's a gamer, I know he's in school, I know he has a sister who is a furry, and a group of friends, but what street does he live on? What is he going to college for? What are the family dynamics? What does he eat? What does the inside of his house look like? What does his room look like? What is his last name? Etc. Etc. So far all I have is a blank slate character in a blank slate world. Secondly the story itself is forced. Like a character being trans, okay cool but instead of showing us that we're just told it, like he literally in story just changes gender through magic and it's just "oh I've always felt this way" when in story the only thing that we know of the character is that he's a jock and that he looked into the mirror and frowned. It was even stated by the main character that it was strange he did that especially since it was also mentioned that he would looked at his body with pride before. So not only do we not know enough about the character to make any assumptions as to what was really going on but this also sends mixed signals. Which brings me to me last point this isn't representation it's tokinism. Also I know I got hung up on this character but honestly there isn't much else here everything else just feels so hollow I tune it out and when someone begins tuning out three chapters in it's pretty telling.
