The prologue got me hooked. Lemme just put this out here, the novel is actually good. Frankly, it's set in a post apocalyptic world mixed with fantasy elements. We have not seen the post apocalyptic but there's a slow build up to it. Hopefully this turns out to be great.

It takes its time to build up, which is a positive and negative depending on the reader.
I enjoy the story for this particular point, its it's slowly building up to something good and Im anticipating. 10 chapters in and im confident the authors taking their time to flesh the story out rather than writing down whatever comes at a whim.
Rhema as a character is not so special, he's your average youth, still trying doing what teenagers do, whats special is the mystery surrounding him that he himself isn't aware of, who is he really? Whats his purpose? Why is he been hidden? Why do many gods have an interest in him?
Im here for the journey. I want to unravel this slowly
