The premise of the story with how dreams can be a profitable resource is intriguing, and a relatively new idea for me.
The writing style is good. Initially confusing, but as you read on you will immediately realize that your are reading a dream sequence. Without needless exposition, the story unfolds in a way of how you would expect a dream should present itself: confusing, hilarious, and chaotic. The difference in interaction between the dream and irl is also written quite well.
As for the story, although there's not much to go on about, this single chapter has managed to convey the troubles and aspirations of the MC smoothly. From his frustrations of being mediocre, and from the fact that he is sorely lacking in comparison to his dream persona. Even in the last bit where he finally  shows the willingness to change, it makes the reader sympathize and cheer for him. At least that is how it went for me.
As for the grammar, there are obvious areas that needs more improvement. Specially the commas and some minor typos for spelling.
Finally, for the character score. The MC is written as someone who suffers from his insecurities, specially when the world see's him for his dream persona. Most of the time, reading about a character that is drowning in insecurity is hard to read. But since he was willing to overcome his circumstances, you are automatically invested in what he's gonna do next.
Honestly, making a review about a story as short as this is extremely hard since there's only so much content that is available to base the review from. But this story in particular albeit short, somehow feels complete. And that for me, is a story well written.

I like it as a shortstory and it has an interesting concept (read it to find out).
While the scene at the beginning is a little weird it makes sense in the end (kind of) but it has an open ending...
I think I'd like it more as a series (can't really stand open endings) hence 3,5/5 stars but all in all it's a good short read.
I'd also like to see and read more stories by the author.
    Cheers

Pretty good short story with a nice premise.  Hopefully the author makes bigger stories in the future as they are good at developing the ,albeit simple, plot in this one. Otherwise not much to say apart from go for something big because they seem to have potential and to continuing developing their writing stule while doing so.

This story has a rather cliche opening, and I think On Man Army is meant to be One Man Army, though some errors and awkward sentences are not really a problem here. The focus on the sleeper and their role is. There are a few detours from the plot and it detracts from the core idea being explored - the production of work via a sleeper's dreams. The jumbled focus doesn't resolve one way or another and yet it does come around to the end with Alex having a moment.
