The Power of Blood

Reduran is a dwarf of the clan Crimson-Axe, a clan whose power over iron has reached a level where even blood can not escape their control. He is also the last survivor of a mage genocide, despite the fact that his ability to control iron did not stem from magic but, rather, the power of a bloodline. Now, alone and dying, he is offered a deal by a foreign god through the system. A deal he can not refuse.
