The serial killer Doctor O'Brien, has finally been caught but not for long. For he has found a way of ripping a hole through dimensions using the power of children's souls. Hot on his tail are Officer Kenza Murphy, OfficerArnoldClay and Purdy Moon, the drunk in the back seat who is more connected to O'Brien's misdeeds than at 1st glance. It's a race to find O'Brien as he rips through dimensions causing instability in the multiverse. The gods want O'Brien to be taken back to his original dimension so they can fix the world that he's damaged but are unwilling to tip the scales too much and fear that the heroes might become the villain.
