Everything is falling apart. On top of that, it is Halloween which means another year without Dad to take me out to haunted parks and binge watch classic horror movies. Could it get any worse? Oh, yes it can.
Our water is out. Again. But when my mom gave me the news, we discovered that someone is looking out for us.

I've been in her shoes, and she was portrayed very weii. This was a unique story, and left me wanting more. I enjoyed the first person style, and grammatically the story was excellent. I am new to this author, but I'm already hooked. Excellent!

This is a good short story that has a good emotional element, it does not really resolve anything, but then again it is not supposed to. This is all about the odd connections and things that are beyond our ken. It was nice.
