Description

It is with a sad and heavy heart that I must redo this book for those who have read the early chapters.

THESE HAVE BEEN MADE 100 TIMES BETTER.

I WANT TO DO THIS WITH ALL THE CHAPTERS AND CHANGE A BIT OF THE LORE.

Book one has been completely overhauled i will be deleting this and re-dropping soon.

THANKYOU TO EVERYONE WHO FOLLOWED ALONG.

Currently working on book 3 /Book 1, currently complete :)

Book 2: The Path To Strength: Is Knowledge

He came from Earth. Now he walks a world ruled by Qi, where beasts are monstrous, and power defines your right to breathe.

Cheon Ma De—once De-Reece—has survived the forests, the beasts, the bloodshed. But now comes a different kind of battlefield: the sect. Politics, hidden blades, and suffocating rules threaten to crush those who don’t bend. But De didn’t crawl his way through death to bend for anyone.

Armed with knowledge no one else remembers and a will carved by survival, he enters Mount Kunlun’s Outer Sect. The others see another new disciple. They don’t see the monster slowly sharpening behind his eyes.

But they will.

Hi, cool story! I think there is a nice setup here in the beginning chapters that grounds the mood in a sort of quiet dread. It leaves me wondering how he will deal with the temporary loss of his brothers as he faces his new world.
The unique part of this book to me is how it’s an isekai that doesnt start the character from scratch. Typically, I think of isekai’s as books or story that involve the main character reincarnating as a baby and growing up as sort of a OP prodigy. I think this is wholly different, and contributes a newer spin to the genre, although, this may just be a symptom of the kind of media I consume. Having a character retain both their body and mind, while also calling upon knowledge about their assumptions of the world based on past knowledge is interesting. Will this information be accurate? Or will some things about this world subvert his expectations?
I think the action is well done, especially the fight with the wolf in chapter 1. There is good pacing surrounding these scenes.
the main criticism i have is in the prose/grammar of the story, which is not necessarily the biggest issue, but it does hinder the readability in certain sections. Some phrases become slightly too repetitive, while some dialogues lack punctuation, and some sentences end without a period. Obviously, these are mistakes that can be caught with a good proofread, but I would push for that because a new reader may stumble into some unpolished sentences and be deterred.
Overall, cool, unique story! Keep writing!

I read the original version and recently came back to check out the rewrite—and honestly, the improvement is more than noticeable. The early chapters now do a much better job setting up the world and giving more time with the brothers, which helps a lot with understanding De-Reece’s motivations later on.
It still has a few rough edges here and there, but the pacing feels more balanced and the story flows better overall something that should definitely improve as the writer continues to write and take on constructive criticism and it shows.
Definitely worth a re-read if you dropped it early on. The author’s putting in the work that this story definitly needed, and it shows i myself was very critical of a few things in the early chapters.
The alchemist fight though is crazy keep that up, I do find the fight scenes have great pacing not short and not too long you seem to have these down to a t perfection.
Good to see the second book will release soon ill finish this first one very soon.
Don't keep readers waiting too long.
Can we expect a schedule for book 2 updates this would make it easier to keep track of the story?

The first 10 chapters have been really liking it so far, the fights and story have been really intriguing. Can't wait to find out to see what happened to his brothers and if they too been transported to the same world. The author now just needs to start releasing more regularly before I read it all.
