Description
Sheadon was a priest, and then the goddess he served killed him, or so he thought. He wakes up years later with no memory of who he is or what happened, just with the fact that he lost time, and a lot of it.
Morea is a Daughter of Stone. A powerful mage, on a quest to find a cure for her sister. She’s sent out on a pilgrimage to complete a rite of passage, but everything goes wrong. In the end she finds a young man, with no memory, but he holds magic that may be the key to what she has been seeking.
Astrid and Landon are Chroniclers, priests who serve the gods. Dispatched by their order after a new Celestial Artifact was sensed. They are on a mission, to retreive the artifact before anyone else. However other factions have begun to move as well, seeking to find the power many thought lost.
The gods and mortals have begun to move as an old power is born again. Fate has cast her dice, and all seek to survive. Join the story of perseverance, grief, love, and purpose, as we seek to discover who we are, or who we were.

Hey all! I got what I deem to be the first book done, which is about thirty chapters of this wonderful thing I’m creating. I will be releasing them over the next 30 days, one chapter a day. Once we are caught up expect about 1 Chapter a week, maybe quicker but I want to realalistic with myself! I’ve already begun working on book two. That being said me and my wife just had our first child (Woot Woot!), but I want to be successful with this as life is changing quite a bit!
Also this is a passion project. An idea I’ve had in my head for a couple years and decided I just NEED to do it. If you read it, and even more if you like it, then I am happy. Hopefully you all enjoy!
Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks for taking the time to read!
COVER: I don’t own this image and will gladly remove it at the request of it’s creator. If you want to make a cover for me I’d love you forever :p

- NIDHOGGRRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Style Score: The story is very well written and there are very few parts which could have been written better.
Grammar Score: There are a few minor typos here and there, but the Author responds well to comments that point them out and fixes them as soon as possible.
Character Score: The Characters are set to be very well developed. From the Chroniclers to the Daughters of the Stone, to the Warden at the Prison, in the first few chapters.
Story Score: Now to my absolute favorite part of the story, the main character is from the past, and fell into a deep slumber and has just awoken in the world. His awakening and the reasons for his slumber has disrupted the balance in the world. I personally love these types of stories.
Additionally, the Magic in the story called Weaving, well thought out. Furthermore, from what I've read so far(chapter 11), there is a great deal of diversity in the world. What I mean is that not everyone uses the same spells, there are variations from person to person, and each organization has a distinct brand of Weaving.
Conclusion: 10/10 Would Recommend. - LooseLeafOolongRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Without spoiling too much, reading Chapter 17 made me think of a certain critically acclaimed Star Wars game. I enjoy this sort of plot twisting and mysteriousness.
For anyone who's confused about how all these people are connected, around Chapter 17 and beyond it starts to make more sense.
I personally enjoy the fantasy world building and this novel definitely has that, which I appreciated. The magic system with the "weaving" is very interesting and innovative and I liked the unique aspects like "bonded pairs". I'm curious to see more of how the magic system develops, and I think the author puts some good thought into it.
The one small thing that stuck out to me negatively though was the homophone mixups/spelling issues. It's not littered with these but occasionally there will be a "to" instead of a "too" as well as words like "barley" instead of "barely". It's unfortunate because the sentence structures are ok in my opinion, but the sudden injection of mixed homophones makes me do a double take.
The dialogue is good for the most part but very very occasionally people speak what they think rather than what they would actually say, which is a common issue for all writers. For instance "you're a golem!" when confronting a golem rather than just screaming in response.
Overall however, if you're looking for a fantasy novel definitely give this a go. I will continue to read it as well. - MejiroRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0As a starting point, this is paced as a novel rather than a serial, so it may be better to binge rather than read chapter by chapter. It does have a definite narrative arc going on though, rather than being thrown together!
The world has an interesting magical set-up, with some established rules and guidelines, but also various built-in mysterious and areas of uncertainty. The telling of this is unfortunately a little clunky, with numerous paragraphs of explanatory infodumping scattered amongst the narrative - ideally, these should be better integrated into the story itself.
The plot is just about (as of ch. 23) starting, although the varying individuals and factions have been introduced, as well as broad hints of what may be to come.
The writing makes sense, but there are quite a few spelling and grammar slips throughout, that could do with a go-through just to catch and tidy.
