Since this story is about myths, I will write about creatures that were legends in many cultures. I’m a caucasian cis woman, so if I ever write anything that could be seen as appropriation or racism, please tell me. I do research before writing characters with different cultures than my own, but things can always slip through since I grew up in a disgustingly white neighborhood.

That being said, the mythical creatures will often be a mix of 'canon' mythos and my personal ideas about what could make them rad. So please don't take any of the descriptions of the creatures as 'real' and look them up if you're interested!
