Description
Classic fantasy meetsSupermanin this YA sci-fantasy tale of colliding worlds, exploring the boundaries of a fantasy world—what holds one together, and what can unravel it? Follow me on this journey through the eyes of Lyn, the teenage girl caught in the middle. If you like Brandon Sanderson, you will enjoy the hard worldbuilding, clean prose and punchy action that underlines this series.

- LiminalroarRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Wonderful book! An interesting tale set in a mysterious world full of adventure and magic. Captivating from the start, full of intrigue, and only gets better as the story progresses. Likeable characters. There is plenty to explore and expand upon in the sequel. Very excited to read that. I highly recommend Mani!
- MacGyveraRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0I find the novel entertaining with much anticipation for the rest the trilogy. The world is fascinating with a neat magic system. The characters are fun, and I found myself caring about them and their endeavors. I want them to succeed; I want them to punch the Archlord in his smug face. (Whether or not that happens in the book, you'll have to see for yourself.) The main villain of the story is particularly intriguing, pretty well written. Overall, it is enjoyable.
