This is a 2 chapter long short story. As it is so short, I find it unnecessary to summarise it.

Even if the story is short, I’d be very happy about constructed criticism since this is the first story I’ve ever written.

The OxRoyal Road

This a horror time-loop story. The main character is out for an evening walk to de-stress, WRONG MOVE! There's a huge predatory monster stalking the night and he gets slaughtered instantly.
Then for some unexplainable mystery he is trapped in a death-themed time loop with the monster. After a while he decides to fight back, and after thousands of deaths he becomes skilled enough to kill it. This is sort of like a one-night version of Mother of Learning. Except instead of learning to become a wizard he learns how to rip out throats from demonic monster with just his bare hands and maybe teeth? MC decides to find new employment based on his new core competencies making his neighbors unhappy.
As far as advice to the author I thought the story was pretty decent. In terms of grammar, I didn't notice much that was terrible, but some of the phrasing and sentence structures you use sound somewhat awkward and stilted to me, without them being grammatically incorrect exactly. Probably that just takes more practice writing and reading other stories similar to what you are interested in.
