The Meteor That Gave Powers

A meteor falls from the sky, it makes a beautiful pond and the water from that pond gives powers, a king on the run is thirsty and he decides to drink from that pond but not only this removes his thirst, it gives him powers, every female in the world is in love with him, he can fly, he can cast magic and so he conquers the world in a month, he creates a harem for himself but his lovers kill him and his children do the same.

A simple cowardly farmer wins a mansion and a chance to get a county for himself but things are not that easy...
