The title says it all - You want an adventure with schemers onboard a ship? How about relationships to explore among the crew? Expeditions to dangerous areas to gather information where ship troubles are scary? Set in Victorian Era? Heck yes, this is a story for you!
It's got all the good stuff, including the leader that just wants to make it to retirement and younger people just doing what they do best - trying things out and making havoc.
    Style
The author uses very direct sentences. It is clean and generally easy to follow. There are a lot of POV shifts for characters which stay in the first person. The use of first-person works well here because it keeps the perspective narrow when each of these characters has a different agenda. The story is a little light on the description of setting/people/etc.
    Grammar
    Very few errors. Looks great!
    Story Score
Things move -fast- in this story. Plans are rapidly adjusted and acted on, and characters get swept into things that they adjust to very rapidly from what we see in the text. This pacing might be a little too quick because it unfolds too quickly and defeats some of the tension introduced by incompetent characters faking things or competent characters wanting more.
Pacing aside, the use of POV changes from character to character to advance time and drop information for the reader is concise and clear. The premise of the story is super solid.
    Character
Some characters feel really clear and solid; others have only a few lines, so that makes this hard to fully rate. I am only to Chapter 4, so I think as more time is spent with the characters, it would be easier to get to know them and they would become more memorable. As it stands, the introductions to each character are well done, but there is a lot of missing information (appearance, age, round personalities) that makes this a little harder to rate.

The story itself was interesting for me enough to write a review after the chapter "carry on, carry on."  What I can say to not spoil the story too much? Hmm... Nothing.
But I can for sure ask questions. The story takes place on an airship so how it works? Is it a steampunk setting? Is this some high fantasy?
The descriptions of the world are a bit lacking. The world shown to the reader is limited to the airship itself.
However, the plot so far is interesting and the storyline is solid. I can't complain so far.
I haven't noticed any significant problems with the grammar in the story. I'm for sure not an expert in this field but I could read the story without immersion breaks made by grammar issues. So yeah... Great job.
The only thing I had issues with are characters. They are not introduced gradually but instead dumped down the reader's eyes one by one which inevitably leads to the main problem of the story. There are toooooo many points of view which lead to confusing shifts of perspective. The next big problem was unfortunately a little bit of flatness of many characters that the author wanted to show us, but they were not exactly necessary. In the movie, we would have a situation when the third plane characters took all the screen time of the protagonists. However, it can be easily fixed so pfff... 3 stars is fair.
Overall if someone likes airship/ship-themed stories with slow-paced action you will find it here. Without much hesitation, I can rate it 4/5.
    God job Miss Nomer!

    The mapmaker’s guild.
I found this one by looking at the review swap page. I have to say, the majority of stories I see on the review swap are pretty good. I would say the same for this story. I would give it around a 3/4. Just going to be upfront, I basically only would take off a mark because I was hoping for a little more adventure. That might be my own bias going into the story. Or it hasn’t happened yet.
Just because there is a lack of the usual adventure stuff, like monsters or new lands, doesn’t mean that this story doesn’t have some awesome drama. Side note, I really enjoyed the captain. He reminds me of the cop right before retirement!
I think the author does some great storytelling by showing different crew members' points of view. I actually liked the different points of view. Like we are on a ship, why not use more than just one main character?
Also, I didn’t have any grammar problems. The language was user-friendly and I love the two main Main Characters. I also like the cook and for some reason, he reminds me of the cook from treasure planet.
Good times overall for reading this!

Quaerere just wants to retire from the Mapmaker's Guild but when the queen tells you to map the coastline of Antarctica.
Style: In each chapter is written from different points of view often stream of consciousness. The first few chapters are hard to get used to; but after a little while, I couldn't endear. The author's style is consistent and the characters don't feel real.
Grammar and Vocabulary: The author demonstrates an average vocabulary. There are some minor spelling issues and some clunky sentences, but neither affects readability.
    The characters are unreal.
