The Legend of the Phoenix Archmage: The Wizard of Teles
Community Rating
Description
After the Edenian War, a conflict which plunged the entire human continent into turmoil, rumours started to spread in settlements near Teles, a village abandoned after its former inhabitants were cursed by an unknown spell. They tell of a wizard in grey robes and his pet rat, whom chaos and destruction seemed to follow wherever they went.
After accidentally interrupting a sacrilegious ritual by setting its participants ablaze, the crazy old spellcaster flees the scene fearing legal consequences for his acts of arson, and manages to stumble into one dangerous situation after the other, before ultimately becoming lost.
Will he manage to find his way back home, or will he lose himself in the trouble of others until he meets his untimely end?

- Jesse AllenRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I like the structure of the paragraphs so far and the overall theme seems good. I've been scouring RR for a fantasy genre that could be considered more traditional and though this one is just starting, the premise has led me to believe that it may be what I'm looking for.
