As the system initializes, the world shifts. Geography is rearranged and mixed, and levels and stats are instituted across the globe. On that night, one young man was walking through an underground tunnel, his mind on the small problems of his easy life. Because of his location during the shift, he starts in a dungeon far above his level, with no knowledge or teacher, or Newbie Village to guide him. Without a class, he struggles simply to survive in this world changed by its new connection to the Nexus.

But struggle he will, for he is Randidly Ghosthound, and this is only how his legend begins...

**Author's Note**

This started as a way to destress and play with overly complicated stats systems and level systems, and I just kept writing. I don't really take it very seriously, but feel free to read and enjoy.

Great LitRPG story, has good elements, a lot of action , no completely mindless actions, with thought put into each chapter of the story. The Story is very well written, Have a read, one of the best fictions, even if its not at the top of the Best-Rated List. Have A Read.

When i first started this there were multiple things that i found extremely frustrating about the story. I have it a 3 star review and decided i would struggle on and try to move past the things that i didnt like at the start.
I'm on chapter 314 now and all i can say it's that I'm greatful. The author has improved so much and the story is so enjoyable, it really is impressive how much work and care the author has put into this story, and i wanted to reflect on that with an updated review giving this story the 5 stars it deserves.
Thanks op, your story is excellent and the long hours you have put into it have provided me with a fantastic reading experience

This is a great work. At first it seems painfuly shallow and badly written.  Then after awile it picks up to become something spectacular with multiple great charcters and a well thought out world.  You just have to get throught the first 80 or so chapters.

Binged this one over a week from beginning to end.
    Very fun read.
A bit unpolished at times, but the improvement from the first chapter to the 100th or so is extremely noticeable.
The author's extreme dedication to releases doesn't hurt either!
I am thoroughly enjoying this story and would would highly recommend it.

It is a good read that might be worth your time. Recent developments have brought an amazing tone to the story. The author has put a lot of stuff from early on in play and generally sticks to the story while also being able to keep a feel for the characters surronding randidly. Along side the pretty good plot development of the later story, he also fleshes out the system to a degree that you almost never see in most other stories. If you dont like it just read a bit more then give it up.

Review as of ch. 1194. I can honestly say that I've enjoyed this much more than most of the stuff I read on Royal road. Plenty of the complaints mentioned in other reviews are valid in that plot progresses relatively slowly and the initial side character explorations aren't very entertaining. The world gets built and developed through all those digressions and the quality of the side stories and characters also improves. It's clear that this is all a living breathing world that is developing and Randidly has also grown not just in stats, but in his ability to interact with other beings. I will admit that there are both better and worse arcs, but the mysteries continually hey slowly resolved and new questions get raised. Also, most main characters have some sort of tragic past that they are constantly working to overcome. Overall, one of my favorite reads here and one I make sure to read as soon as it's released.

Deffienitly worth the read so far. Story is well thought out and the MC rocks. Has a good feel and so far the MC is strong, not crazy op but strong, but there's a reason why and it's not just the usual "he found a godly item" crap.
Style and recent other chars are good, offering different views and feels about it all. Only reason I've dropped the stars on this one from 4.5 down to 4 is I feel there needs to be abit more depth too the characters overall. It seems recent chapters are offering more on this front and you are starting to get a feeling about each of them.
Overall a really good story if you like the genre, which i do, and Deffienitly one to bookmark.

I need to reread this, but i stopped last time right after he got his class.
It is enjoyable, but needs some work. There was so much stat boxes, i think some chapters were just going over stuff that was improved and didn't do much for the story.
Shal has been one of my favorite characters in the story. He has a decent back story and was shown to have nice development through the second arc? Maybe it was the third?
I did find it weird that when the MC brought up some pretty common marketing gimmic's we have here on earth that his world ate it up. But his world has had contact with other worlds already and none of these other worlds had something like this at all? Just seems weird to me.
Over all it was enjoyable, if you skip/speed read that stat's.

You either die a hero or live long enough to watch yourself become the villain. Endings are important to a story they make good story's great and ok story's good or the can make great storys into legends that will still be read and republished in fifty years. This is none of those the ghosthound was a very good story then it was a good story now it is mediocre and the ending is not there this story does not and will not have an ending the author will stop wrighting when people lose intrest and the end will never come (and yes I have read the patreon chapters and there have been hints at an end but there have been hints for a thousand chapters). Goodbye randidly ghosthound the ending sucks but what a start.
Ok filler time style early rpglit got lots of creativity in the beginning but is to watered down buy the end. Story score well at least there is a plot. Grammar score you can't fault the spelllings. Character score that is probably better than I rated 3d characters with depth on the other hand the characters never change in mean seriously years life and death strugglesand the people are the same the situation changes but never the personality .

To be frank, this story is objectivly a hot pile of grabge on a sunny day. If you have nothing else to read and want to sink a week or two into reading this, then good on ya. To actually enjoy this story you really have to ignore large parts of the story and the charaters, if you do that, its a pretty good read. The author, from what I read and seen, contionusly sets up diffrent love intrests for some reason. Also sets up everything for Donnyton and then just shifts everything to this new world for at minmum 200 chapters. I mean what the hell. The grammer is pretty shody at parts too.
Also who in the living fuck names their MC "Randidly"????? Sometimes I had to stop reading just to consider how stupid that name was.
