The Land of Dragons: Atlantis! Book 1

In Atlantis a magnificent power exists, the source of that power is dragons. They reside in the mountains outside the city and when a child turns 13 if found worthy a dragon goes to the city of Cdrake and summons that child, and they attend the dragon school together. Zeffora is an average child and on her 13th birthday gets summoned by the dragon Soluna and finds that she isn't as average as she first thought.
