The King of Phantoms

5 years ago when humans who can transform into some kind of creatures known as specters appeared and the struggle for the title king of phantoms occurred. Only the phantom king can utilize the power of the red moon and make the impossible possible. Though hundreds of skirmishes occurred, the eight king candidates are still in the fight but what would happen when a ninth candidate who should not exist appeared?
