In the near future, human started to colonize nearest exoplanets. But since the budgets become a constraint most of the first Settler ships are designed only for one way travel only.

It's thrive or demise situation, whether you survive or die along the way.

A number of individuals from various fields are voluntarily applying for the travel, not knowing what awaits at the other end. People who brave (read: desperate) enough to jump headfirst into the dark abyss.

Well, as the saying goes "The future belongs to the brave".
