The Immortal Scientist

Description
Taking over the world was easy enough. Create a few super soldiers and a sentient A.I. and you'll defeat any nation on Earth. The real issues come after that.
What do you do with the full efforts of a united mankind? Spread out as far as you can and make pretty things. The natives of the sol system spread out and occupied the every planet and moon. The polulation was skyrocketing under the support of new food and medicine systems.
Back on Earth, the mastermind behind all this created something that was so powerful, the heavens themselves would send down a tribulation. After surviving the ordeal, he would ascend to a higher plane.
Thrust onto the stage of martial world cultivators, he finds the world poor, dirty and dangerous. Magic is nice, but science had been coming along nicely. They had almost breeched the Void Wall at the edge of the solar system.
The only option available to him now was to educate these warring savages and lay the groundwork for a proper industrial society.

- VoidDeusRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Great story, please more updates. I love the use of character building and the slow grind aspect of the relationship building. The story is good and the arcs flow well. Minor grammatical errors, uncommon and far between. Good read.
- Winged ThingRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Holy shit is this novel a ride and a half. It picks up fast and doesn't stop, give the first five chapters a try and if you like it then you'll love the rest of it too.
All in all, give it a go! - krunrRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5started reading this book and found that it is amusing and cant wait for more chapters to come out. keep up the good works:)
- Davey daveRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5Very interesting book for those that enjoy reincarnation esque novels with a techy side. I personally really enjoyed it.
Characters are of interesting personality's and excellent concept if a little two dimensional. With a quite well written content. One of the better reincarnationesque books. You would enjoy if you like power fantasy, or books with technological uplifting. - pewpewcachooRoyal Road★★★ 2.5Guy transport to another world where cultivation is a thing. He just studies stuff and then makes tech for some people. It's alright for what it is, the writing is okay. The grammar is alright and the story it self is okay. It could use some polish and cleanup though.
- irondruid7Royal Road★★ 2.0Instead of having funny things happen to the mc or have him do something funny the author turned HIM into the joke. Which sucks because that's our mc, the person we're meant to follow and see what he achieves. To see him so quickly turned into the butt of the joke by side characters the author didn't really work to develop ruined a good thing imo. He's the honest idiot, the harmless idiot, the weak idiot, a helpful... etc. The comedy comes with a price, and that's the mc's likeability.
Also, if anyone read the summary above and imagined the story of an eccentric man traveling the world and stumbling into odd situations you'd be wrong. I'm 17 chapters in and he's basically hunkered himself down for the long haul in a boring place alongside a basic cast. There's no shock and awe, just a scientist in his home never going out to do anything. Worse still, he marches to the beat of everyone but his own.
I feel like if this was redone with a more careful approach to the comedy it wouldn't be a half bad story.
