The Human Experiment

Description
This is the story of a gas station clerk and one of his hapless customers who, one evening, are abducted by a group of aliens dead-set on filming one of those smash-hit high-definition nature documentaries. Complete with witty anecdotes and observations by their lovely, kindly-voiced narrator.
Of course, they don't have much of a budget. And it wouldn't be much of an alien abduction unless they ran a couple of experiments on the humans in question. Also, the planet the aliens choose as the testing ground for these experiments is a tad... dangerous.
[This story is mainly a comedy, however it does have mature elements including mild body horror and sexual themes.]

- Le_Doctor_BonesRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is one of my favorite stories on Royal Road and it reaches that status through a mix of both story originality and character humor. It is truly a shame that it hasn't reached more people because I truly believe many people would like the story if they gave it the chance.
"But what is the story?", you might ask. Well, the story is split into two parts, the human part switching between the POV of the two humans who have to survive on an alien planet and the alien part, which follows their leader in his documentary of the humans. Though, while both of these stories intersect hugely with each other, they quickly careen away from their original premise into something wholly different and interesting and very funny.
Without spoiling too much, the alien part reminds me greatly of the classic Monty Python comedy and anyone who finds Monty Python funny (And who doesn't?) will love the hijinks that regularly happen to the alien documentarians. The human part (Partly because of the previously mentionend hijinks) morphs into a sci-fi progression style story, though, still with plenty of survival elements and also some good humor mixed into their interaction with the alien technology.
Now, to a bit more detailed breakdown of the score:
Grammar:
I have seen no problem with grammar, neither from spelling or punctuation mistakes. I am of course not perfect in seeing it myself, but that doesn't mean it does not deserve a perfect score 5/5
Style:
I personally has never been too fussy over the style as long as it felt natural and consistent, but this style is somehow better. The switches between different perspectives is easily visible and never broken, but that isn't the important part. I really enjoy how the human POVs are from 1st person while the alien's are in 3rd person. It is a good way to show how the story is two different stories mixed together and also makes the alien's more... alien... while also making the humor better. 5/5
Story:
I have already said how I love the s - TomilRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Quite surprised the story wasn't more successful. It's so much better than the umpteenth isekai on this site.
The story is original, this can be separated into two parts; there are the goofy aliens and mainly, we follow the human couple who are rather colorful.
Thanks to this, the story is well balanced, there are moments of lightness interspersed with darker action.
But the story won't please everyone. The male hero is a bit submissive and has the reactions of a person without social experience.I don't know where this will lead but there are hints that the sexual side of the story may take up a lot of space in certain chapters.
I am not a native English speaker. So I had a little trouble with certain jokes or references, especially when they are interpreted by the aliens. However, it becomes much easier once you get past the first chapters.
