He had been many things: fisherman, warrior, and teacher to name a few but he has never been able to simply be. What he has sought since the first time he picked up his sword was a sense of tranquility with the world but it had only lead to his Heavenly Ascension. A swordsman without peer, he chooses instead to defy the law of the Dao and once again live in the world of mortals.

Mc is a deity of swords who decides to return to the mortal world.   This whimsical immortal has strong morals and a willingness to help those in need despite incurring trouble.  This story is a fresh change from the arrogant, egotistical MC's who turn murder hobo for the smallest offense.

Once upon a time there was an ascended swordsman that decided to descend and live as a mortal.
He decided to live modestly and does his best to not blow up the cities he lives in over the inevitable one or two pretentious young masters.
The main character spends time eating well, sleeping well, and occasionally overpowering well. He spends time with people who normally would be powerful, but are average in comparison.
    Looking forward to more food!

I enjoy a good story about a overwhelmingly powerful but still humble MC and this hit all the necessary buttons for it.
No big grammer issues, couple of words the were missing a letter but easily understood what the author was saying.
Story was great, about a god, tired of living like one (a god (small g)) going to a mortal realm and looking for inspiration and something to do.
All in all would rrecommend to anyone that likes this type of story.
    Looking forward to reading more.
