    The premise here is that new arrivals come and there is not enough places, but if those that were present before were not worthy why were they present in the first place? The story has this kind of strong atmosphere but it does not really ground itself in a particular mythos or style, yet for reasons unknown it seems what those once worthy is no longer so. That sort of clash made this a piece that didn't really work well with me. It was all so distant and dramatic with no connections for me to latch onto.
