The Goddess was lazy, so she gave me a world to manage

Everything starts from a blank slate, but would you ever imagine having the ability to sculpt a planet and its inhabitants from a blank and barren rock? Well a lazy godess was too lazy to do exactly this, to another planet, so she 'saved my life' by forcing the workload onto me after making me a god.
