Description

The universe consists of two known planes of existence. The Demon plane and the Mortal plane. The Demon plane is the home to seven races of demons, while the Mortal plane is home to the Human race and their bizarre mutations and magical skills. The Mortal plane is a plane where countless humans live in densely populated cities. The complete opposite to the sparse populations of the Demon plane. Just as much as the Demons have powers, there are some mortals who have powers too. Mutations that create powerful Humans called Vigors as well as magic users who can cast spells or traverse the two planes. The Demon plane is ruled over by seven Demon lords and a king, while the other, less powerful demons fall into line behind these Demon lords. These Demon lords grant powers to their subjects, creating the seven demon races. All Demons can move between the two planes, but most choose not to due to their hatred of the Human race, but some do for a single thing. To have children, for Demons can only be male. At least- they should.Elmira is the first female demon and due to her unique circumstance and the demon's hatred of Humans, they wish to make her their queen with which they can have 'pure' children with. Elmira and her brother, Lucifer have other ideas. As a plan hidden from her other brothers and Satan, her Father, Lucifer sends her off to the Mortal plane in an effort to hide her amongst the Humans. However, it takes time to get used to the Mortal plane and the people within who have their own ideas as to what she should do.Warning: Tagged 17+ for gore, strong language and violence.

Just found this gem of a story and I can happily say that I am impressed. The story feels a little clunky in places transitioning from MC's thoughts to conversation or details, but that might just be me. The story is very well fleshed out and believable and I like the Author's take on several subjects, characters are distinct and not cookie cutter pieces of cardboard and I feel like we can look forward to the growth of them as they mold themselves to the plot. Another pleasant surprise is the relatively few, as in only one or two in the three chapters that are out now as of this review, grammatical mistakes I have found in here, this adds to the immersion as you don't have to keep noticing this and it doesn't distract from the piece itself.
So overall I can happily say that while I would like to see those few grammatical errors fixed, they are negligible and don't distract from the story at all. I can happily give this story 5/5 and look forward to more installments from you!

was encouraged by the two existing reviews to have a look and sure enough don't regret it. Chapter length is decent, grammar and style allow unhindered immersion. The whole world-setting is in an alternate modern age with its own set of rules to allow for the demon interaction. With regards to the characters, they feel alive ... i have seen more interesting ones on RR, but so far (chap 9) it belongs to the upper echelons.
In summary, I would recommend to give this story a shot.

I can't find a way to talk about this story, without sounding way too childish or as if I was exaggerating my opinions. But, I do need to do it so I could express properly my thoughts. I LOVE it. Characters, theme, story, everything about it screams fresh and amazing to me. It takes a famous trope of "The Fish Out of the Water", and gives it his own original twist. It's lighthearted, but it only makes me relate more to the characters and the problems they are facing. The whole story gives me chills, and a sense of adventure like no other. The characters might feel a little clicheish at times, and that's the only aspect I suggest to take a look on.
I wonder why this story doesn't get the views it deserves, but I call to the public to see how good it actually is. I hope I see more out of it!

This is quite an interesting idea, with good character development and good in-depth explanations. Keep up the good work!
