The Evolution Assassin

Colt was a world renown assassin who had a price on his head that could buy you nearly an entire nation, give or take a few trillion. His contracts always consisted of the top 1% in the world: Absolute power abusing patriarchs, "public servants" with more than a few nasty rumors floating around them and those just beginning their new lives into being nearly untouchable megalomaniacs . Most called him a monster and psycho for killing those that arguably changed many lives for the better but there were very few that had known the wicked sins of those he had murdered. Whether he was justified in his actions mattered little to both the powerful and afraid VIPs that wanted him gone.

After his unfortunate end, Colt was greeted by nothing except darkness and the voice of what he believed to be a very old man. It demanded to be entertained and it was high time that Colt repaid the generosity given to him, the voice claimed. Constant intense flashes of blinding light mixed with the cursed demands from the voice brings Colt to shut down entirely. After what seems like a fever dream, Colt forces his heavy eyes open to find out that he was now in a vibrant forest with a much younger body that doesn't seem to be fully human. Without out even a sliver of advice or assistance from the voice, Colt must now understand the new possibilities(as well as the dangers) that this strange place has in store for him.

Note---------- If you read "The Ash Eel" around 4 years ago and are hoping that it will follow the same MC as before, I am sorry to say that will not be the case for Colt 2.0. I want this character to have at least some sort of depth and likability, unlike Colt 1.0. Some ideas for power will stay and others have been scrapped due to how completely overpowered they are. Not to say he won't be strong later but a kid(In my opinion) isn't going to have the ability or strength to overpower an adult that can fight actually fight back, no matter what "gifts" or powers he/she may have.

The story will be much slower and drawn out compared to what was before to hopefully show just how strong these characters can become. I have hopes to make this a decently long read for those of you that enjoy.. well reading I guess.

FYI------ Still pretty new to actually making a story and trying to bring it life somehow so I would appreciate more critique than insults if possible. If there are any spelling mistakes you care to point out just lemme know and I'll get to it.

I don't really have a schedule for this just yet but if it picks up in popularity and people really want more I'll probably try to set up some dates for the novel. With that, I thank you for giving my novel a quick read and I value your time as a giga chad/chadette novel enjoyer.
