The Young Dragon, Saphira, upon learning of this decided there was only one correct course of actions... completely ignore it. Their reasoning of the decision was quite simple.
Saphira wanted to sleep.
Sadly, one way or another, Saphira would get involved.

- Jonathan BRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I really like your opening scene, we start with the MC getting cooked alive, great way to draw in the reader's attention.
I find it very funny this group of people were accidentally cooking a dragon egg, I've not seen that before, and I'm curious how that even happened.
This dragon baby is a clever way to introduce and explain this magical world to your audience. Since this dragon knows the same amount that we the reader do, it won't feel contrived when things are explained to us.
I'm also interested in learning about the history of this world, there are clearly a lot of magical creatures running around, but it seems like dragons have been extinct for a long time. How did this dragon suddenly show up out of nowhere?
I would like to see a bit more introspection from the MC. He clearly remembers his past life, is he not going to reflect on how he got here or died, or why he became a dragon of all things?
I like how you cut between the dragon's perspective and the humans/elves. That way we can actually be privy to the conversation even if the dragon can't understand what they're saying.
I really like this story so far, you've definitely earned yourself a follow.
