- CynDRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I am not a player of Warhammer nor do I know a lot about it, however I love the other story by EternNul, Breathe in the Embers, so decided to give this a try. Wonderful story, very engaging and love the characters. Do not need prior knowledge of the game to enjoy this story!

The development is steadily paced, and the setting of a feudal/tribal world in WH40k is an interesting concept. The author keeps the narrative flowing while introducing readers to the world and setting, but without getting bogged down with overwhelming details.
