Everyone is born with magical powers, but a man named Wiston isn't, because of his great family he was born with a disease called "Magic's Peak" and he has a real frail body, so frail that he has to walk around in bandages and he has to get help only to pee but Wiston is good at one thing and that thing is talking because that is the only part of his body that can only work without a problem and one day a god sees this pitiful man and decides to give him a class.
